What is Laser Hair Removal

Procedure
Heat is produced when the laser interacts with the pigment in the hair. During this procedure, an intense beam of light is passed through the skin at the hair’s root. As a result, the dark hair becomes hot enough to destroy the cell responsible for hair production. Treatment Pre Care Instructions
- Avoid parlour activities for at least 2 to 3 weeks before the procedure (Bleaching, waxing, threading)
- Refrain from parlour activities during your treatments; if you must, make sure to notify your treating doctor to ensure its feasibility.
Treatment Instructions for Aftercare
- Avoid waxing or shaving on the areas to be treated in between sessions. Avoid excessive sweating, swimming, etc. for 2 to 5 days after the treatment.
- Avoid wearing clothing that is too tight for at least 2 to 3 days after laser hair removal.
- Keep your skin hydrated by applying an adequate amount of moisturiser to prevent it from drying out.
- To achieve the best results, please adhere to the time interval between two sessions as prescribed by the doctor.
